All appointments scheduled through the Setmore platform must be confirmed by the customer via WhatsApp at the number displayed in the booking confirmation.
Unconfirmed appointments will not be attended.
Appointment confirmations, questions, and responses are handled between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (local time).
Requests or bookings made outside these hours will be addressed the next business day.
Services will not be provided outside these hours unless previously arranged and confirmed by Gutter Masters Cleaning & Installation.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must notify us through WhatsApp within business hours.
Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling requests may result in delays in securing a new appointment slot.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate contact details when booking.
Access to the property must be available at the scheduled time of the appointment. If access is not provided, Gutter Masters Cleaning & Installation reserves the right to consider the appointment as canceled.
Gutter Masters Cleaning & Installation reserves the right to modify or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational reasons. Customers will be notified promptly through WhatsApp.
By booking through Setmore, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
