1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any estimate or work order you accept with Gutter Masters Cleaning & Installation("we," "us," or "our"). By requesting an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing us to perform work, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide professional gutter services focused on residential and commercial roof drainage in the San Francisco Bay Area. Core offerings include, without limitation:

3. Service area

Availability depends on crew routing, weather, and permit or HOA requirements. We may decline work we cannot perform safely or to code.

4. Estimates, pricing, and payment

Estimates are based on information you provide and on-site measurements when applicable. Site conditions (hidden rot, irregular fascia, buried drainage, or structural issues) may require a revised scope and price before work continues. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are due as stated on your invoice or contract. We may accept cash, check, and major credit cards as communicated at booking.

5. Site access and safety

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the roofline, gutters, downspouts, and electrical disconnects if needed. Please secure pets and move fragile items, vehicles, or patio furniture away from fall zones. We may refuse or postpone work if conditions are unsafe—including high wind, lightning, ice, or unstable ladders—and reschedule without penalty where reasonable.

6. Photos and documentation

We may photograph or record job conditions for estimates, quality control, warranty support, or insurance documentation. Unless you object in writing, we may use non-identifying project photos for marketing.

7. Debris and disposal

Gutter cleaning and removal jobs typically include bagging and removing debris from the property as described in your scope. Hazardous materials, asbestos, or non-gutter waste are outside standard service unless expressly quoted.

8. Warranties

Workmanship and material warranties, if any, are stated in your agreement. Manufacturer warranties apply only as provided by the manufacturer. Warranty claims require reasonable notice and may require access for inspection.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or water damage) except where such limitations are prohibited by law.

10. Your responsibilities

• Accurate information about the property, drainage issues, and prior repairs
• Disclosure of known hazards, low wires, solar arrays, or fragile roofing
• HOA or architectural approval when required—we are not responsible for delays due to third-party approval
• Following maintenance recommendations we provide after service

11. Urgent and weather-related scheduling

We strive to prioritize active leaks and storm-related failures when capacity allows. That does not guarantee same-day or after-hours response. Premium or expedited rates may apply for rush scheduling if offered and agreed in writing.

12. Cancellation and rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated same-day cancellations, no-shows, or denied access may incur a fee equal to the mobilization or minimum service charge stated in your estimate.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is incorporated by reference.

14. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes to pricing or warranty terms for pending jobs will be communicated before work proceeds.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that exclusive venue for disputes shall be in state or federal courts located in California, unless a different venue is required by law.
